Q: I’m new to yoga, what classes should I take?

A: Most of our classes are mixed-level and beginner-friendly. Just let the teacher know you're new and we'll be sure to keep an eye on you.

 

Q: How does the New Client Intro Pass work?

A: The pass gives you two weeks of UNLIMITED yoga. You can take as many yoga classes as you like for 14 consecutive days. Note, the 14 days start on the date you purchase your pass.

 

Q: What should I wear?

A: Leggings and a fitted tank top or T-shirt.  

 

Q: Do I need my own mat? What else should I bring?

A: It's best to bring your own mat. You should also bring a small towel, a water bottle, and an open mind.

 

Q: Do I have to be barefoot?

A: Shoes are not allowed beyond the studio entry area. Practicing yoga barefoot is best, but if you prefer not to be barefoot, yoga socks with grips will work.

Q: Can I just show up and take a class?

A: No. Advanced registration and payment is required

 

Q: Do you have a membership option?

A: Yes! For $109/month you can take UNLIMITED classes. Plus, you receive discounts on wellness services and workshops.

Q: Can I share the 10-class pass?

A: Class passes are for individual use. We offer a Shared Membership for 2 people in the same household. 

​

Q: Do you have children’s classes?A: We do not currently offer children’s yoga. You must be at least 14 to attend classes.

​

Q: Do you offer prenatal yoga classes?

A: We do not currently offer regular prenatal yoga classes. 

​

Q: Do you offer hot yoga classes?

A: We do not offer hot yoga classes, but our power classes will make you sweat!

A: Yes! We’d love to host your private event. Email us for details.
