I’m new to yoga, what classes should I take?

We recommend the following classes for beginners:

  • Intro to Yoga
  • Yoga for Increased Flexibility
  • Restorative yoga
  • Yoga for Stress Relief
  • Midday Yoga
  • Yin Yoga
Do you have Hot Yoga classes?

Yes, we offer Hot Yoga on Mondays at 7:30 - 8:45 PM. 


What should I bring with me?

All you need is a small towel, water bottle, and an open mind. 


Do I need my own mat?

We have mats for use at the studio; but, if you have your own mat that’s always best. 


Do I have to be barefoot?

Shoes are not allowed in the studio. Barefoot is best, but if you prefer not to be barefoot yoga socks with grips will work.


Can I just show up and take a class?
Advanced registration is required. 


Do you have a membership option?

Yes! For $99/month you can take UNLIMITED yoga classes. A four-month commitment is required.


Can I share the 5 or 10 class pass?
Class passes are for individual use. We offer a Shared Membership for 2 people in the same household. 


Do you have children’s classes?
We do not currently offer children’s yoga. You must be at least 18 to attend classes.


Can I have a private event?
Yes! We’d love to host your private event. Email us for details.
