I’m new to yoga, what classes should I take?

We recommend the following classes for beginners:

Do you have Hot Yoga classes?

Yes, we offer Hot Yoga on Mondays at 7:45 - 8:45 PM starting October 4, 2021. 

Do I need my own mat?

Yes, due to COVID, you must bring your own mat and blanket. In addition, you should bring a small towel, water bottle, and an open mind.

Do I have to be barefoot?

Shoes are not allowed in the studio. Practicing yoga barefoot is best, but if you prefer not to be barefoot yoga socks with grips will work.

Can I just show up and take a class?
No. Advanced registration and payment is required

Do you have a membership option?

Yes! For $99/month you can take UNLIMITED yoga classes. A four-month commitment is required.

Can I share the 10-class pass?
Class passes are for individual use. We offer a Shared Membership for 2 people in the same household. 

Do you have children’s classes?
We do not currently offer children’s yoga. You must be at least 14 to attend classes.

Can I have a private event?
Yes! We’d love to host your private event. Email us for details.
